Requesting to expend the $16,989.34 appropriated in October to get Wright-Pierce started on the DEP "negotiations related to our non-compliant status" immediately. As your directive for the use of these funds was not to spend them without the FinCom’s permission, I request an official vote be taken at your next meeting.
